Our Compliance Inspector will be responsible for monitoring work carried out on Compco sites to ensure high quality standards.

What you’ll be doing:
Conduct site inspections of completed sprinkler installations to verify compliance with applicable standards and project specifications
Review commissioning records, test results, and O&M documentation for accuracy and completeness
Identify and record non-conformances, producing clear and structured inspection reports
Liaise with installation, commissioning, and project teams to ensure timely close-out of defects
Carry out follow-up inspections where required to verify corrective actions
Provide practical feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement in installation quality
Maintain accurate records of inspections, findings, and compliance status
What you’ll need:
Previous experience working with fire sprinkler systems either in installation, supervision, commissioning, maintenance, or design.
Knowledge of BS EN 12845, BS 9990, and/or LPC Rules
Currently working or prepared to work towards achieving a formal BAFSA/LPCB qualification
Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical documentation
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to inspection and reporting
Good communication skills and confidence working with site teams and engineers
Full UK driving licence
This is role requires the successful candidate to be within commuting distance to our Worcester Office: Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
