Our Resourcing Partner will oversee all aspects of recruitment for Compco Fire Systems. You will be responsible for finding the best talent for our Teams all from our Worcestershire Head Office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Partner with managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment plans.

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment, from attraction and sourcing through to offer and onboarding

• Build talent pipelines and implement targeted sourcing strategies for hard to fill and specialist roles

• Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, recruitment agencies, and external partners.

• Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, GDPR, right-to-work, and equality requirements.

• Maintain recruitment ATS, analyse hiring data, and produce reports to support workforce planning

• Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, candidate experience, and recruitment technology

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in a Resourcing Partner role or similar, in-house recruitment experience is preferred.

• CIPD Level 5 in People Management (or equivalent experience)

• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes

• Experience partnering with managers on workforce planning

• Experience using recruitment systems/ATS and reporting on metrics

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

It would be great if you also have:

• Experience in engineering, construction, manufacturing, or a field-based environment

• Experience in managing early careers or apprenticeship programs.

This is an office-based role and would require the successful Resourcing Partner to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
