To support this growth, we're looking for a Senior Estimator who wants more than another estimating role.

The Role

As a Senior Estimator, you'll take ownership of complex tenders from enquiry through to handover.

Working closely with Sales, Design, Contracts and Commercial teams, you'll develop robust, commercially sound estimates while supporting the development of estimating processes and mentoring colleagues where appropriate.

You'll be trusted to make decisions, challenge costs, identify opportunities and help secure profitable work for the business.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the production of detailed estimates and tender submissions.

• Reviewing specifications, drawings and project requirements.

• Developing labour, materials and subcontractor cost models.

• Identifying commercial opportunities and project risks.

• Obtaining and evaluating supplier quotations.

• Supporting bid strategy and tender review meetings.

• Collaborating with Design and Project Delivery teams.

• Building client confidence through technical and commercial expertise.

• Contributing to continuous improvement within the estimating function.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• Experience in an Estimator or Senior Estimator position.

• Strong commercial awareness.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail and analytical capability.

We'd Particularly Like To Hear From

• Fire sprinkler estimators.

• Fire protection professionals.

• Mechanical estimators.

• Plumbing estimators.

• Building services estimators.

• M&E estimators.

• Construction professionals with transferable estimating experience.

Sprinkler experience is highly desirable, but not essential.
